Description:  Oleanders are drought tolerant, beautiful, and serve as a perfect fast growing privacy screen or windbreak. Many people stay away from them as they are toxic, but the toxicity for humans is a bit overstated. These bushes withstand our harsh high desert environment with no problems at all.
