Description: Ginkgo Biloba trees are considered living fossils. The species is thought to be nearly 300 million years old. These trees are nearly diseases and pest free, tolerate heavy pollution, and will life longer than you and your kids kids.  After 30 years, some ginkgo trees (If not grafted with a male cultivar) will produce fruit that is smelly and that is a huge turn off for many people. Male trees however do not produce fruit.
